Established in 1925, Methodist Hospital offers 168 licensed and staffed medical-surgical beds. A vast array of on-site physician specialists are available, including internists, cardiologists, neurologists, ophthalmologists and dentists.

Specialties include geriatric oncology, adult mental health and hospice services. A state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit and Ambulatory Care/Emergency Department were also recently dedicated. The hospital is fully accredited, with the highest possible ratings by HFAP—a national accrediting body for healthcare facilities.
