Position Summary

We are accepting resumes for a full-time Facilities Maintenance Manager position. This is a working manager position where the leader supervises, delegates work, and also pitches in to complete work assignments and projects. The position will direct and oversee the overall operation of the physical plant and maintenance & housekeeping departments in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local regulations, and as directed by the Executive Director.

 

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package, commensurate with experience. Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year.

 

Qualifications Required

To perform the job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required. At least 3 years of maintenance management experience preferred.

 

Minimal Formal Education Required

Associate degree or equivalent vocational education, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Responsibilities include

  • Manage the planning, development, organizing, implementation, supervising, and ongoing evaluation of the Maintenance and Housekeeping departments.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce departmental policies and procedures to ensure the equipment is functional and current at all times, and is properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience.
  • Supervise / monitor the work of the maintenance and housekeeping staff to ensure compliance of directives and established policies and procedures. Interpret policies and procedures to department personnel as necessary.
  • Complete performance evaluations of all department employees in a thorough and timely manner.
  • Coordinate all maintenance and housekeeping responsibilities in a timely and effective manner to ensure the successful the move-in process/admission experience for new residents.
  • Ensure that all available apartments/rooms are maintained in clean and good “showing” condition at all times.
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing staffs to turn over vacated apartments for re-sale/rooms for admission in an expeditious and cost-effective manner.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program and Routine Maintenance Program to ensure the proper maintenance of the building, grounds, and machinery. Ensure complete and accurate records are maintained of all work performed.
  • Review department policies, procedures, manuals, job descriptions, etc., at least annually, and make necessary changes, as appropriate upon approval by the Administrator.
  • Coordinate the recruiting, selection and training of competent department personnel.
  • Ensure the timely set-up and tear-down of rooms for all community activities and functions.
  • Keep the management team informed on a regular basis of progress with outstanding projects.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to assist in the overall management and day-to-day operations of the community as directed by the CEO, ensuring the highest level of quality services, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency is maintained at all times. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a passion for supporting older adults in a residential community setting.

 

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package, commensurate with experience. Pay: $110,000 - $125,000 per year.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Provide leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operations of the senior living community.
  • Report operational issues, updates, and action items regularly to the CEO to support effective community management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff to foster a positive, high-performing workplace.
  • Ensure exceptional resident care, services, and overall resident satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.
  • Oversee occupancy, resident retention, and initiatives that support community growth.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor operating budgets, financial performance, and expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
  • Partner with the sales and marketing team to support occupancy and community outreach efforts.
  • Monitor staffing, employee engagement, and team performance to ensure operational excellence.
  • Address and resolve resident, family, and employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and resident experience.
  • Coordinate community programs, services, and departmental operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve strategic, operational, and financial objectives.
  • Represent the community professionally within the local community and cultivate referral and partnership opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support community operations

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a related role; experience in senior living or elder housing strongly preferred.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, families, vendors, employees, and community partners.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, quality standards, and risk management practices within a senior living environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, overseeing expenses, and driving operational results.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and inspire a positive workplace culture.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment, strategic problem-solving, and effective decision-making skills that support operational excellence and resident satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in hospitality or service operations strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize new systems and software.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to lead occupancy growth and community outreach efforts. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, cultivating referral relationships, and guiding prospective residents and families through the move-in process. The ideal candidate will be an energetic relationship-builder with strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for serving older adults.

 

Compensation

This is an incentive-based position that includes a competitive base salary, commission opportunities, and the possibility of additional performance-based rewards.

Base Salary: $70k-80k

 

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary Sales Counselor, conducting community tours for prospective residents and families.
  • Develop and implement all aspects of the sales and marketing plan in collaboration with leadership
  • Manage lead generation, follow-up, and conversion efforts to achieve or exceed occupancy goals
  • Conduct sales presentations, complete sales closings, and oversee contract execution and related paperwork
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community organizations, and professional partners
  • Coordinate and participate in networking events, outreach initiatives, and marketing programs
  • Oversee advertising, media, and community outreach strategies to enhance visibility and drive inquiries
  • Manage resident transfer and refund requests according to company policy under the direction of the CEO
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all prospect interactions within CRM software
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to ensure a smooth and welcoming move-in experience for new residents

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of three years of proven sales and marketing success; senior living experience preferred
  • Strong business development, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences
