Chestnut Square at The Glen is an independent living community for adults 62+ who choose a secure retirement lifestyle that is active, stimulating and fulfilling. We are currently hiring
part-time Waitstaff to work in our Dining Room. Hours of work are from 4pm-8pm.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking and delivering food and beverage orders
- Assisting in busing and resetting tables
- Ensuring safety and proper handling of dishes, glassware, and utensils
- Providing quick, efficient, and pleasant delivery of food
- Ensuring that quality standards and service are being delivered

- Companionship and conversation

- Medication and appointment reminders
- Assistance with grooming and bathing
- Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
- Alzheimer's Care
- Errands and transportation as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to treat and care for seniors with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check and drug screen
- Must be punctual and have access to reliable transportation for all client visits
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
